PURPOSE:

The Board intends to repeal these rules since the substance of the language relating to occupational therapy assistants is being consolidated into the rules in Chapter 64B11-2.

SUMMARY:

The rule language with regard to occupational therapy assistants is being consolidated into the rules in Chapter 64B11-2 and these rules are being repealed.
