Exceptional Education Eligibility for Students with Specific Learning Disabilities

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule revision is to update references and remove obsolete language.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes criteria for determining eligibility as a student with specific learning disabilities. The proposed changes remove obsolete language and align terms with other recently revised State Board of Education rules.
