Overview

RULE:

60L-39.001	Scope and Purpose (Repealed)
60L-39.008	Local Steering Committees (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

These rules are to be repealed. There will be no adverse effect on stakeholders or the public.

SUMMARY:

The agency will remove the scope and purpose from rules unless there is sufficient evidence of
statutory authority for developing a scope and purpose which is not repetitive of the statute or a citation of legislative intent. 60L-39.008 is repealed as all references to local steering committees have been removed from Section 110.181, F.S., and the processes associated with forming and managing the committees are no longer necessary.
