PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to establish procedures for Lobbyist to register with the Northwest Florida Water Management District, adopt forms for use in registration, renewal of registration and change of information, and to correct references within the rule.

SUMMARY:

This rule development will establish lobbyist registration procedures and correct references within the rule.
