Inmate Visiting Appearance, Search, and Conduct

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to revise Rule 33-601.728, F.A.C., to make provisions regarding the inmate dress code during visitation consistent with the dress code set forth in Rule 33-602.101, F.A.C., and to clarify a reference.
