64B24-6.003

Documentation of Continuing Education Hours (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the Department’s comprehensive rule review as no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64B24-6.003 provides for certain documentation for midwives of continuing education hours. This rule is not incorporated by other rules and its repeal will have no effect on other rules.
