The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the Department’s comprehensive rule review as no longer necessary.

Rule 64B23-6.004 provides guidance on the use of notices of noncompliance. This rule is not incorporated by other rules and its repeal will have no effect on other rules.
