RULE:

59G-8.400

Medicaid Physician Access System (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed.

SUMMARY:

The rule is obsolete, unnecessary, and redundant of other statute provisions, federal regulations, and handbook provisions promulgated by rule. Repeal of the rule will not negatively impact the Medicaid Physician Access System. The program will continue to operate in the same manner as it currently operates. The rule is not mandated by statute.
