6A-6.0902	Requirements for Identification, Eligibility, and Programmatic Assessments of English Language Learners
6A-6.0903	Requirements for Exiting English Language Learners from the English for Speakers of Other Languages Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule developments is to make technical changes, update terminology, to clarify the eligibility determination and assessment of limited English proficient students, and to incorporate the standards for annual assessment to measure progress limited English proficiency students are making towards mastery of the English language.
