PURPOSE:

To update rules to be consistent with changes in section 381.0072, F.S., as well as the National Automatic Merchandising Association and Centers for Disease Control; to incorporate changes in the 2013 FDA Model Food Code, and to reduce rules and increase clarity.

SUBJECT:

Definitions, manager certification, adoption of provisions of the FDA Model Food Code, and other subjects encompassed by the above-cited rules.
