64B8-9.0091	Requirement for Physician Office Surgery Registration; Inspection or Accreditation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are necessary to implement the statutory mandate set forth in Section 458.309(3), F.S., with regard to liposuction limits.

SUBJECT:

Requirement for maintaining logs and requiring registration in office settings where more than 1,000 cubic centimeters of supernatant fat is removed.
