Qualifications of Physicians Who Evaluate and Treat Sex Offenders (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule to set forth the requirements for osteopathic physicians who provide risk assessments and treatment for sexual offenders.

SUBJECT:

Requirements for practitioners who complete risk assessments and treatment for sexual offenders.
