RULE:

59A-35.060	Licensure Application Process.
59A-35.061	Licensure Application Process for Assisted Living Facilities

PURPOSE:

Currently licensure applications are incorporated in Rule Chapter 59A-35 and other program specific rule chapters.  Moving all the application forms into 59A-35 will enable the Agency to make uniform changes more effectively, assist consumers in finding licensure application forms in rule, and allow the Agency to revise application forms at one time by only opening Rule Chapter 59A-35 rules.

SUBJECT:

Incorporating all licensure application forms and the healthcare licensure application addendum into rule chapter 59A-35.
