PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to conform the rules and forms of the Health Care Clinic Unit to current statutes. These rules and forms are amended to make conform them with amendments to Part X, Ch. 400, Florida Statutes, the Health Care Clinic Act and Part II, Ch. 408, Florida Statutes, the Health Care Licensing Procedures Act, as they are amended by Ch. 2006-192; Ch. 2006-192; Ch. 2007-5; Ch. 2009-223; Ch. 2006-305; Ch. 2008-4; Ch. 2009-223 and creating s. 408.8065 by s. 4, Ch. 2009-193 and s. 8, Ch. 2009-223; forms AHCA FORM 3110-0013 JULY 06, for health care clinic licensures will be update; AHCA Form 3110-0014 July 06 for exemption from health care clinic licensing will be update; and new forms for reporting proof of financial ability to operate will be created.

SUBJECT:

Conforming Rules and Forms of the Health Care Clinic Unit based upon amendments to Part X, Ch. 400 and Part II, Ch. 408, Florida Statutes.
