Operation, Administration, and Designation of Corrections Mental Health Treatment Facilities

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the amendment is to add Suwannee Correctional Institution as an institution at which the Assistant Secretary for Health Services has designated a mental health treatment facility for male inmates.

SUBJECT:

Inmate mental health treatment.
