Implementation of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004

PURPOSE:

To develop requirements for retired law enforcement officers to carry a concealed firearm in Florida under the federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004, as defined in (18 U.S.C.A., §926C).

SUBJECT:

Retired law enforcement officers carrying a concealed firearm in Florida and the requirements thereof.
