The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive public comments on the draft dissolved oxygen total maximum daily load (TMDL) report for an impaired water in the Upper East Coast Basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.435, F.A.C. The TMDL to be presented at the public workshop is for Lake Vedra (WBID 2320F). The draft TMDL document for this impaired water has been placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us /water/tmdl/) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft TMDL through November 9, 2012.
