NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 09, 2006 , The Board of Accountancy hereby gives notice that it has, received a petition for Pamela Childers, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61H1-33.006(2), Florida Administrative Code, and the requirement that required continuing professional education hours have been completed in the 24 months immediately proceeding the date of an application for reactivation.
