NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 24, 2006 The Board of Accountancy, received a petition for Michael Palvisak, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 61H1-33.001(2), Florida Administrative Code, and the determination that each Florida certified public accountant who received an original Florida certification after December 31, 1978, shall commence his/her reestablishment period on the date indicated on his/her Florida certificate.
