Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 35 No. 49, December 11, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The rule number 58A-5.0183 Do Not Resusciate Orders (DNROs), which was referenced in the above publication of the Florida Administrative Weekly, has been renumbered to rule number 58A-5.0186. Rule 58A-5.0183 Reports of Abuse in Facilities was previously repealed and cannot be reused.
