Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 9, March 2, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2012 the Department of Health received a Petition for Emergency Variance from paragraph 64E-19.007(6)(e), Florida Administrative Code, from Robert Ulery. This rule prescribes credentialing requirements for persons instructing body piercing courses. The Petitioner requests a variance from these rules to allow the Petitioner to provide formal training which includes infection control as part of the curriculum, to body piercers and operators.
