PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to remove language concerning the date of the administering of the PMLexis Examination.
SUMMARY: The date required for administering the PMLexis examination will be removed from the rule.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

64B18-11.001 Application for Licensure.
An application file for licensure is not complete unless and until it contains verification of a passing score from examination of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, including Part I, Part II, and the PMLexis Examination
administered after August of 1996. Such verification must be received by the Board office directly from the provider of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners examination.
