On May 9, 2011, Ken Lawson, Secretary of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, issued an Order of Emergency Suspension with regard to the license of Bruce Edward Manny, real estate broker associate, license number BL 384027. This Emergency Suspension Order was predicated upon the Secretary’s finding of an immediate serious danger to the public safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 455.225(8), and 120.60(6), Florida Statutes. The Secretary determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
