The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to lease a cellular communications tower site in the Cooks Hammock area of Lafayette County, Florida. The District is seeking proposals from companies who are interested in and have a history of leasing tower sites and building communications towers.
