PROJECT NAME & DEION: Capital Circle Office Complex Parcel 2 - New five-story prototype office building shell and other project related Architectural & Engineering Services for expansion of the Capital Circle Office Complex to accommodate a phase or phases of the Department of Revenue’s relocation and consolidation. Other project related services may include the design of a special use building, LEED certification, design/construction oversight of other project consultants, tenant improvements for related buildings, construction administration, etc.
