PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2011, associated with birds.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include adoption of Federal statues and regulations regarding migratory birds. The subject area also includes rules associated with the conservation of bald eagles.
SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: Art. IV, Sec. 9, Florida Constitution.
