63H-2.006: State Non-Residential Staff
63H-2.007: Detention Staff
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Amending the training requirements for direct care staff in state detention, residential, and non-residential programs. Specifically, the requirements for retaking failed certification exams are detailed. Also, the crossover exam for state residential and detention staff is eliminated.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The testing of direct care training for detention, state residential and state non-residential staff is amended.
