40D-26.201: Program Application
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to adopt and incorporate by reference a revised Facilitating Agricultural Resource Management Systems (FARMS) project application form. The form is being revised to reference Rule 40D-26.201, F.A.C., instead of Rule 40D-1.659, F.A.C., as the rule into which the form is incorporated by reference. This change necessitates a new form number and effective date for the form.
