Randall T. Prater vs. Florida Parole Commission; Rule 23-21.006, F.A.C. By order dated January 5, 2011, the Commission denied the Petition to Initiate Rulemaking filed by Inmate Prater finding that the requested proposed change is already considered through current subparagraph 23-21.010(5)(b)2., F.A.C.
