NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 09, 2010, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver/Variance from subsection 9I-35.006(5), F.A.C., which provides deferred SAIL interest of on a very low income set-aside for a term longer than required by law, from COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS OF JACKSONVILLE, INC. The petition is seeking a waiver to allow the Petitioner to continue to operate the Project and will facilitate a new loan structure wherein the outstanding principal balance of the Loan will be repaid in full over time.
