NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 08, 2010, the Division of Emergency Management, State Emergency Response Commission, received a petition for waiver from Buck Stine, General Manager, Kissimmee Bay Country Club. The petitioner seeks a waiver of Rule 9G-14.003, F.A.C., relating to annual registration fees for hazardous chemicals. This waiver is being requested pursuant to the provisions of Section 120.542, Florida Statutes and Rule 28-104.002, F.A.C. It has been assigned the number DCA10-WAI-229.
