PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule is to add new diagnostic tests that have been developed and are now the standard testing protocol for animal disease diagnostics, delete obsolete tests and add charges for existing tests.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rule proposes the following: Delete obsolete tests, add new diagnostic tests and revise test charges.
