Notice of the proposed adoption of rules in new Rule Chapter 71A-1, F.A.C., was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly (Weekly) on June 18, 2010 (Vol. 36, No. 24). A Notice of Change for new Rule Chapter 71A-1, F.A.C., was published in the September 3, 2010 edition of the Weekly (Vol. 36, No. 35).
