NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2010, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for waiver filed by Jerome A. Gordon, Ed.D., from Rule 64B19-14.003, F.A.C., with regard to the requirements for reactivation of a retired license.
