The Department of Health announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: October 27, 2010, 9:00 a.m.
PLACE: Marathon Fire Station, Conference Room, 8900 Overseas Highway (Gulfside), Marathon, Florida 33050
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Develop rules to incorporate necessary technical changes, implement the provisions of 2010 legislation, specifically, SB 550 (2010-205, Laws of Florida), and incorporate modifications proposed through the Technical Review and Advisory Panel. Areas to be discussed include but are not limited to: Onsite sewage treatment and disposal system design, permitting, construction, modification, repair, maintenance, operation, sampling and reporting in the Florida Keys. Rules subject to amendment include Rules 64E-6.017, 64E-6.018, 64E-6.0181 and 64E-6.0182, Florida Administrative Code.
