NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Joseph Belcher, representing the Aluminum Association of Florida (DCA09-DEC-351) on October 30, 2009. The Commission determined that according to Section 102.1, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2007) the provisions in AAMA 2100 apply to the placement of receptacle outlets in sunrooms.
