61G4-16.005: Duration of Validity
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to modify the language for the duration of validity of a passing grade.
SUMMARY: The rule amendment will modify the language for the duration of validity of a passing grade.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared. The Board determined that small businesses would not be affected by this rule.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

61G4-16.005 Duration of Validity.

For the purpose of certification, a passing grade shall be valid only for a period of four (4) three (3) years from the date the list of successful candidates is approved by the Board.
