9J-5.005: General Requirements
9J-5.006: Future Land Use Element
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect are to amend the rule to provide greater detail and explanation relating to the statutory requirements that the future land use element be based upon the amount of land required to accommodate anticipated growth and the projected population of the area.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The statutory requirements that the future land use element be based upon, inter alia, the amount of land required to accommodate anticipated growth and the projected population of the area. This workshop will focus specifically on methodologies for projecting the population of an area.
