The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 – Fourth Street, S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4:00 p.m. (Local Time), May 5, 2010, for the purpose of selecting a Contractor for supplying all labor, material, and ancillary services required for the scope listed below. Re-Roofing Bid #10-968-244 Dunedin High School SCOPE OF PROJECT: This bid will select a “Roofing Contractor”. The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision required to:

•      Remove the existing roof of buildings 1, 2C, 2D, 5A, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15B and replace with new multiple ply modified bitumen roofing, roof insulation, sheet metal, roof drains and accessories.

•      Add roof coating on buildings 2B, 3 and 5B.

•      Add masonry restoration and waterproofing of Building 1.
