The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Manasota Basin Board Meeting: Consider Basin business including Basin Board review of Cooperative Funding proposals and associated budgetary implications for fiscal year 2011, and the amendment of the Manasota Basin fiscal year 2010 budget to reflect the reallocation of $384,720 of State revenue for the District’s Facilitating Resource Management Systems (FARMS) Program. The proposed amendment is to remove the $384,720 in state revenue from the Basin budget for reallocation to the General Fund budget for use in the FARMS program. This amendment has no impact on Basin ad valorem taxes. Some Board members may participate in the meeting via communications media technology.
