64B5-2.013: Dental Examination Requirements and Grading.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on December 23, 2009, the Department of Health, Board of Dentistry has received the petition for declaratory statement from Nova Southeastern University, Inc., 3200 South University Drive, Davie, FL 33328-2018.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 466.006 and 466.0065, Florida Statutes, and Rule 64B5-2.013, Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Department of Health, Board of Dentistry, regarding the administration of the Dental Licensure Examination at Nova Southeastern University in March 2010. The Petition seeks the Department’s guidance on the particular location or locations which will administer the clinical portion of the exam.
