GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of proposed Rule Chapter 42NNN-1, Seven Oaks Community Development District. Proposed Rule Chapter 42NNN-1, which addresses the establishment, boundary, and supervisors of the Seven Oaks Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on December 18, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 50).
