NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Boca Grande Fishing Guides Inc.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 68B-32.002, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks the agency’s opinion as to whether a group of fisherman under the pretext of sport fishing are using techniques that are actually the illegal taking of Tarpon by “snagging” or “snatch hooking”.
