NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 29, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for Variance from subparagraph 64E-13.004(6)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Holy Nativity Episcopal Day School, 2005 Hamilton Avenue, Panama City, Florida. This rule requires schools to have toilet and handwashing facilities for preschool grades through grade three located within or adjoining their classrooms.
