The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests qualifications from State of Florida registered licensed General/Building Contractors (GC) and Architect/Engineering (A/E) Teams for Design – Build Services for Project Number 209058, Chiller & Air Handler Repair located at Robert A. Ballard National Guard Armory, Miami, Florida.

Request for private meetings by individual firms will not be granted. No individual verbal communication shall take place between any applicants and the Owner, or Owner’s representatives. Request for any additional information, clarifications, or technical questions must be requested in writing, to the POC listed above.

Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the Department posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.

The State of Florida’s performance and obligation to pay under any contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.

Funding for this project will be guaranteed upon award.
