GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Draft verified lists of impaired waters for water bodies and water segments within the Caloosahatchee basin will be presented. The draft verified lists will be placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/watersheds/assessment/index.htm) by September 18, 2009, and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft lists for a period of 30 days, beginning September 18, 2009, and ending October 18, 2009.
