NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 27, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from Rule 3.11.3, ASME A17.3 (1996) as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2, Florida Building Code as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner Ocenaside Executive Center requests the waiver of ASME required modifications for fire detection devices to initiate fire recall. The petition was received from Starr Ford, Property Manager, for VW 2009-448.
