NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 03, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance. The petitioner, Plant City Towers, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, 103 West Mahoney Street, Plant City, Florida 33563 and location of the same, Serial Number 33586, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
