NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 31, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance as per Section 120.542, Florida Statutes. The petitioner, L&W Commercial Property Management, on behalf of Realty Associates Fund VIII, and location of Reo, 405 North Reo Street, Tampa, FL, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
