NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 05, 2009, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Bill Najmark and Alice Listman, representing BujjaBujja, Inc. dba Ally’s Pizzeria. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subsection 64E-6.001(4), F.A.C., which requires onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems to be brought into compliance with new system standards when there is an increase in commercial wastewater flow.
